Returns and Exchanges

Please note: if you change your mind about your purchase, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for an exchange, your Creyative purchase must arrive back at Creyative within 30 days of the date you received it at the following address:

Please insert the packing slip with your returned item(s) and write the reason for the return on the packing slip.

Condition of goods

In order to process your return, your purchase must be unworn, in the original packaging and in the original condition. Currently, Creyative does not cover the cost of return postage back to our depot.

Due to hygiene reasons, this means header cards need to be in place for socks.

Products returned without the original packaging, damaged, or worn will not be processed. If your product is not eligible for an exchange, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.

Refunds and processing time

If your return package arrives at Creyative within the 30-day timescale specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Creyative.

Order amendments and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, please email support@creyative.co.uk or call 07707 818130.

We would advise doing this as soon as possible as we dispatch orders extremely quickly. Once an order has been dispatched to the initially stated address, we cannot get the package back.
